Santiago Barbarán is a senior associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2018. Prior to joined BV team, he worked as legal advisor in Administrative Law, occupying several positions on both Provincial and National Public Administration. He also worked as Trustee for the Province of Córdoba’s Cultural Agency.

His practice areas are constitutional, administrative and regulatory law. He has vast experience in public procurements, administrative contracts, trusts, public-private partnerships and regulation of public services.

Santiago Barbarán obtained his Law degree  from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (2008) and his Master’s Degree in Administrative Law and Public Administration from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2018).

He is assigned to the Administrative Law class at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and Assistant Professor of Elements of Administrative Law class at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the Asociación Argentina de Presupuesto (Argentine Budget Association). He has written various articles and has been a lecturer in congresses about his specialty.
