WORK / LIFE BALANCE

• Flexi Fridays: All our personnel can take an afternoon off one Friday per month.

• Maternity: Our flexible policies go beyond the legal minimums for maternity leave.
We offer various options for periods of up to two years from birth or adoption (e.g., shortened workday plus home office; shortened workday; and gradual reincorporation).

• Paternity leave: Our flexible policies go beyond the legal minimums. We offer 15 days, consecutive or in segments, during the first 3 months from birth or adoption.

• Volunteering: We grant time for charity initiatives through our pro bono program and our “Proyecto DAR”.

HEALTH & WELL-BEING
