Product Liability

Our Product Liability Department serves an ever-increasing roster of national and international clients providing goods and services across all industries, including life sciences, automotive, telecommunications, personal care and food products.  Our team seeks to protect our clients’ brands and reputation and strives to recommend solutions to avoid litigation.

Should legal proceedings be required, our professionals are experts in litigation and arbitration with experience at all levels of national and provincial courts, handling class actions as well as individual damage claims.   Our current portfolio includes thousands of court proceedings in various jurisdictions throughout the country, and our network of correspondents ensures client’s local cases are well-served. We manage complex disputes involving multiple practice areas, working with the firm’s teams in administrative law, customs, compliance and intellectual property among others.

Members of the product liability team are also part of the Arbitration and Litigation Departments, ensuring seamless dispute resolution strategies.
