We advise on regulatory issues at the national and provincial level, as well as for cross-border deals, and assist global clients with market entry strategies, through either acquisitions or the direct establishment of a local subsidiary, including corporate registrations.

We have extensive experience in structuring legal solutions for oil & gas sector finance, thanks to our strong M&A, banking and finance, private equity and tax teams.
