Dispute Resolution: Arbitration

Our professionals have extensive experience acting on behalf of the parties to the proceedings, as plaintiff or defendant, as expert witnesses or as arbitrators in institutional and ad hoc domestic and international arbitration proceedings.  We advise clients on a broad range of matters: the choice of jurisdictions and the nomination of arbitrators, the drafting of appropriate dispute resolution clauses, enforcement of arbitral awards, applications for precautionary measures and for nullity of awards, among others.

We have represented clients and participated in international arbitration cases under the AAA/ICDR, ICC, LCIA, CAM, and UNCITRAL arbitration rules, including investment arbitration under ICSID rules, among others. We also regularly participate in arbitrations before local institutions, including the Tribunal de Arbitraje General de la Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires, the Centro Empresarial de Mediación y Arbitraje (CEMA), and the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE).
