Pedro Silvestri is a partner at Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2010.
Pedro’s practice focuses on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including public and private company transactions, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, minority investments, shareholder activism, financial advisory matters, and general corporate matters. He represents a wide range of clients including corporations, private equity sponsors, and investment banks.
He also has significant experience representing clients in connection with capital markets, both issuer- and underwriter-side, domestic and international, investment grade and non-investment grade, in public and private offerings.
Pedro obtained his Law degree from Universidad Católica Argentina (2009) and obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Northwestern University, and a Certificate in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management (2013). He worked as a foreign associate at Fox, Horan & Camerini LLP (New York, USA, 2013-2014) and at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP (New York, USA, 2014-2016).
He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
