María Victoria Pavani is a senior associate at Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2012.

Her practice areas include capital markets, banking law and corporate law.

Victoria works in banking and corporate finance transactions, advising banks and leading companies on notes issuance, financial trusts, closed-end and open-end mutual funds, merger & acquisitions, syndicated loans, among others. She also advises on corporate matters to companies under the public offering regime, as well as on regulatory matters in general.

Victoria received her law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario (2010) and her Master’s degree in Law and Economics from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (2021).

She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the International Bar Association.

Victoria has been recognized by IFLR 1000 and The Legal 500.

She speaks Spanish, English and German.
