Capital Markets Department Report | General Resolution No. 1020 of the National Securities Commission (“CNV” for its spanish acronym): Modification of the Special Regime for Dual Listing of Foreign Companies

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are writing to inform you that the CNV has recently issued General Resolution No. 1020, which modifies the Special Regime for Dual Listing of Foreign Companies by eliminating certain requirements with the aim of encouraging foreign issuers to publicly offer their shares in the country.

As a result of these modifications, the registration of the foreign company with the corresponding Public Registry of Commerce will not be required for those companies that only intend to trade their shares under the Special Regime for Dual Listing of Foreign Companies in the Argentine Republic.

For any questions or additional information, please do not hesitate to contact our team.

Sincerely,
