Dear Sir or Madam,
Resolution No. 203/2020 of the Executive Director of the Provincial Agency for Sustainable Development (OPDS) approves the COVID-19 Emergency Health Action Protocol (the “Protocol”).
The Protocol aims to protect the health and safety of workers who present their tasks in the OPDS. The Protocol was prepared with the health recommendations of the Ministry of Health, the indications of the Superintendency of Occupational Risks, and the contributions of the Mixed Commission on Health and Safety of Public Employment of the Province – CoMiSaSEP.
The Protocol contains detailed information for general preventive actions (work organization, travel to/from the workplace, personal hygiene measures, surface cleaning) and specific preventive actions (dining rooms, official vehicles, and inspectors), as well as recommendations to follow in case of suspicion of coronavirus in the workplace.
The resolution was published in the Official Gazette of the province of Buenos Aires on May 12, 2020.
