Dear Sir or Madam,
Through Resolution No. 321-MPCEITGP-2021 of the Ministry of Production, Science and Technological Innovation of the Province of Buenos Aires published yesterday, such province joined the “Ventanilla Unica Federal” regime, created through Resolution No. 274/2021 of the Secretariat of Domestic Trade, published in the Official Gazette on March 30th, 2021, which encouraged the City of Buenos Aires and the provinces to join in. Additionally, the provincial resolution established that the Provincial Directorate for the Defense of Consumers Rights shall be the enforcement authority within its jurisdiction.
