Buenos Aires, 6 March 2020. On February 21, Vista Oil & Gas S.A.U. issued Class III notes for a nominal value of US$50.000.000. This significant issuance included the notes integration in Pesos and their repayment in US Dollars through a foreign account owned by Caja de Valores S.A. It was carried out within Vista’s global program for short, medium and long-term notes, not convertible into shares, for a maximum circulation amount of up to US$800 million (or its equivalent in other currencies and/or value units).
The maturity date of Class III Notes will take place 48 months as from their issuance and settlement date, that is on 21 February 2024, accruing interest at an annual nominal fixed rate of 3.50%. The capital will be amortized in a single installment on the due date. On February 13th, FIX SCR S.A. (“Fix”) rated these notes A+ (arg).
The Notes have been listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and have been admitted to trading on Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.; they are eligible through Euroclear Bank S.A/N.V.
