Environmental Law Department report | ACUMAR Order 51/2020: Extension – Obligation to update information
Through Order No. 51/2020, the General Environmental Executive Board of the Matanza Riachuelo Basin Authority (ACUMAR) resolved to extend the obligation corresponding to 2020 to update the information declared in the registration of establishments located in ACUMAR jurisdiction, established in article 10 of the Resolution No. 297/2018.
The order also resolved that those establishments that in the current year 2020 have the duty to update the information declared in the registration, must do it in the year 2021, in the period between October 15 and December 31, 2021, inclusive.
Order No.51/2020 was published in the Official Gazette on October 14, 2020.
