The practice is led by Florencia Heredia, who has more than 35 years of experience advising companies in the sector on large-scale projects in Argentina. Throughout her career, she has assisted clients across all stages of the project life cycle, from early exploration and initial structuring to sophisticated transactions involving complex regulatory environments.
