Our team counsels on artist contracts, forgeries and falsifications, heritage protection and art exhibitions.  Working with experts from across the firm, we provide guidance on issues ranging from certificates of origin, intellectual property, compliance and anti-money laundering, tax, import/export and customs (including temporary importations).

With complex regulations governing art sales and trade, our team maintains close contact with the relevant regulatory authorities and keeps clients abreast of the latest developments. We have long-standing relationships with many of Argentina’s leading art associations, and our professionals have supported pro bono work for academic institutions, non-for-profit organizations, museums, and governmental bodies involved in art preservation and promotion.
