Sofia Gallo is an associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2024.

Her practice areas include corporate, banking, capital markets and financing. She has broad expertise assisting issuers and investment banks in different issuances of debt securities, liability management transactions and debt restructuring processes, assisting lenders and borrowers in bilateral and syndicated cross-border and local loans and project financings regarding energy and renewable energy projects, assisting sponsors and arrangers in connection with infrastructure projects and the issuance of project bonds, assisting asset managers with the creation of mutual funds, assisting trustees and grantors in the creation and execution of trusts and providing day to day advice to clients on regulatory and commercial matters.

Sofía obtained her Law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina (2015). Prior to joining Beccar Varela, she worked at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, Inviu S.A.U. and DLA Piper Argentina. She worked as a foreign associate at Shearman & Sterling.

She is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal (Buenos Aires Bar Association).

She speaks Spanish and English.
