María Eduarda Noceti is a partner at Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2014.
She focuses on individual and collective labor law. She has extensive experience advising companies on labor law issues related to mergers and acquisitions processes, company integrations, implementation of incentive programs for the retention of key employees, among others. Additionally, María Eduarda has broad experience in advising local and foreign companies on labor law, collective bargaining, labor disputes, and corporate reorganization processes.
María Eduarda obtained her Law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán (2012, with honors). Prior to joining Beccar Varela, María Eduarda worked as lawyer in the labor law department of the law firm Nicholson & Cano.
She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
María Eduarda has been recognized by Chambers Latin America, The Legal 500 and Leaders League.
She speaks Spanish and English.
