María Belén Medina is a senior associate of Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 2014.

Her practice area is labor law. She has extensive experience in the hiring and dismissal of employees. She is also a specialist in labor disputes.

María Belén obtained her Law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán (2009), and a Specialization on Labor Law from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. Prior to joining Beccar Varela, María Belén worked as lawyer in the Labor Law Departments of the law firms Cárdenas, Di Ció, Romero & Tarsitano Abogados y Consultores, and Nicholson & Cano.

She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, the Buenos Aires Province Bar Association, the Federal Bar, the Tucumán Bar Association and the International Bar Association.

She speaks Spanish and English.
