Gaspar A. Aguirre is an advisory partner of Beccar Varela. He worked as a partner of the firm until March 2015. Currently, he is an active key member of the firm’s Labour and Social Security Law Department.

He has extensive experience in handling a wide range of labor matters, such as complex disputes before provincial and national courts, collective conflicts and collective bargaining, among others.

Gaspar obtained his Law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1975.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the International Bar Association.

Gaspar has been recognized by publications such as Chambers Latin America, Latin Lawyer 250, ILO Client Choice, LACCA Approved and Leaders League.
