This offering included the notes integration in Pesos and their repayment in US Dollars through a foreign account owned by Caja de Valores S.A. It was carried out within Vista’s global program for short, medium and long-term notes, not convertible into shares, for a maximum circulation amount of up to US$800 million (or its equivalent in other currencies and/or value units).
