Insurance lawyer re-joins Beccar Varela

Argentine firm Beccar Varela has welcomed back an insurance lawyer to lead and help expand the firm’s insurance and reinsurance department.
Daniel Antonio Seoane, 47, rejoined the firm on 1 February after seven years as an in-house lawyer.
He previously served as regional legal vice-president at insurance company Suramericana, where he was based in Colombia and focused on M&A deals.
Seoane specialises in corporate and regulatory law within the insurance sector.
He previously worked as an associate at Beccar Varela from 1997 to 2010. The hire takes the total partner count to 30.
