Buenos Aires, June 13th, 2021. On May 24th, 2021, WeWork, a leading real estate company dedicated to flexible workspaces rental, and SoftBank Latin America Fund, signed a joint venture agreement for operations in Latin America. Beccar Varela advised SoftBank on all legal matters regarding corporate law, real estate, and tax involved in implementing this strategic alliance in Argentina.
