On May 24th, 2021, WeWork, a leading real estate company dedicated to flexible workspaces rental, and SoftBank Latin America Fund, signed a joint venture agreement for operations in Latin America. Beccar Varela advised SoftBank on all legal matters regarding corporate law, real estate, and tax involved in implementing this strategic alliance in Argentina.
Founded in 2010, WeWork offers flexible and customized workspaces. It opened its first location in New York City, quickly becoming a global provider of technology-driven flexible solutions.
