Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Washington, DC and Houston has led telecoms company Transtelco’s multijurisdictional acquisition of US telecoms service provider Neutrona Networks, handing it assets across multiple Latin American countries.
Transtelco also relied on Beccar Varela in Buenos Aires; BLP (Costa Rica); Cariola, Díez, Pérez-Cotapos in Santiago; Gómez-Pinzón in Bogotá; Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados in São Paulo; Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes SC in Mexico City and Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados in Lima.
