On November 29th, 2022, the Agency for Access to Public Information published on its website an electronic form for the registration of those responsible for processing personal data that are not established in the territory of the Argentine Republic.
The registration of data controllers not established in Argentina was not possible to date. The form for the registration of a person responsible for Personal Databases that is not established in the Argentine Republic can be accessed through the following link: Form.
