Environmental Law Department report | OPDS Resolutions No. 227/2020 and No. 228/2020: attention to the public – access to nature reserves
Dear Sir or Madam,
Through resolution No. 227/2020, the Executive Directory of the Provincial Agency for Sustainable Development of the province of Buenos Aires (OPDS) resolved to extend the limitation of face-to-face attention to the public until June 28, 2020. This limitation was initially established by Resolution No. 170/2020 OPDS and extended by resolutions No. 183/2020, 190/2020, 199/2020, 207/2020 and 220/2020 (see our circulars dated May 20, 2020 and June 1,2020), which established the limitation to urgent cases of face-to-face attention (the resolutions do not clarify which the urgent cases are). In addition, through resolution No. 228/2020, the agency extended the entry of visitors to nature reserves under the orbit of OPDS until the same date (June 28, 2020).
Resolutions No. 227/2020 and 228/2020 were published in the Official Bulletin on June 11, 2020.
Sincerely,
Angeles Murgier
