Resolution No. 60/2020 of the Matanza-Riachuelo Basin Authority (Autoridad de Cuenca Matanza Riachuelo or “ACUMAR”), published in the Official Bulletin on March 28, provides for the suspension of the administrative terms applicable to procedures governed by the ACUMAR’s internal rules “without prejudice to the validity of acts completed or to be completed”. The suspension of terms will run from March 20 through March 31, 2020 and the Resolution clarifies that it will be extended “for the same extension period that may be established in the future by the Argentine Executive Branch.”, due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) health emergency.
