Dear Sir or Madam,
Secretariat of Commerce’s Resolution No. 552/20 (the “Resolution”), published in the Official Gazette yesterday, suspended until January 31st, 2021, the effects of Resolution SCI No. 100/20 (which established Maximum Reference Prices current as of March 6th, 2020) in connection with the products listed in the former.
The products included in the Resolution are corn oil, brown rice, coffee in bags, coffee in capsules or coffee bags for coffee machines, instant cappuccino, vegetable milk, potatoes and other frozen root vegetables, pizzas and frozen pasta for cooking, concentrated soups, appetizers, white drinks, whiskeys, isotonic and energizing drinks, metal cleaners, facial cleansing, make-up (base, liner, and lipstick), aftershave lotion, facial care (anti-wrinkle and anti-acne creams), styling cream, gel, hair wax and hair treatment, soy sauces, balsamic vinegar, cheese (brie, camembert, blue, and provolone), 100% natural fruit juices. Additionally, a number of wine labels exempted from compliance are included in the list.
