Dear Sir or Madam,
Through resolution N°525/2020, the Executive Board of the Water Authority resolved to extend until October 31st, 2020:
• The expiration of the Hydraulic Prefeasibility Certificates, authorizations, aptitudes, and permits. Only those that have expired in the period of social, preventive, and mandatory isolation, established by Decree No. 297/20, and its complementary regulations.
• The maturities of payment obligations related to Payment Plans, debts for Canon for the use of water, and for the Operational Inspection Fee and Effluent Quality Control, which have operated since April 1st, 2020.
• The maturities of payment obligations related to the payment of fines, which have operated since April 1st, 2020.
This resolution was published in the Official Gazette on November 4th, 2020.
