Dear Sir or Madam,

On March 28, 2020, the Federal Ministry of Interior issued the Resolution No. 48/2020 (published on March 29, 2020) whereby it established that people exempted from the Mandatory Preventive Social Isolation (cf. art. 6, Decree No. 297/2020 and arts. 1 and 2, Administrative Decision No. 429/20) must obtain the “Single Certificate for Mobility – COVID-19 Emergency” through the government’s website https://tramitesadistancia.gob.ar/” (knows as “TAD”). The exempted people must show this certificate at the request of any competent authority when going through public roads. The certificate lasts seven calendar days and is renewable. People invoking force majeure (cf. art. 6, inc. 6, Decree 297/2020) are not required to obtain the Single Certificate for Mobility, but they should carry with them reliable documentation proving the event of force majeure.

Should you require any further information on this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,

Juan Antonio Stupenengo
