Dear Sir or Madam,
Resolution No. 47/2020 of the National Institute of Industrial Property (the “Resolution”), published in the Official Gazette yesterday, extends the suspension of terms originally provided by Resolution N°16/2020, later extended by Resolution No. 22/2020, then by the Resolution No. 34/2020 and finally by Resolution No. 37/2020.
In this connection, before a new extension of the mandatory and preventive social isolation provided by Decree No. 493/2020 of the National Executive Branch and conferred a new extension of the suspension of the terms of all general and special administrative procedures by means of Decree No. 494/2020, the National Institute of Industrial Property decided a new suspension of terms until June 7, 2020.
Finally, the Resolution establishes that the minimum guards and with prior appointment, provided by Administrative Decision No. 524/2020 on April 23, 2020, will be maintained.
