Dear Sir or Madam,
Resolution No. 455/2020 of the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (ENACOM), published in the Official Gazette today, extends until May 12, 2020, inclusive, the validity of the term for the companies providing the services of landline or mobile telephony services, Internet and cable TV, either by radio or satellite link, to comply with the obligations of:
• Submitting to ENACOM the lists of users subject to cut or suspension due to non-payment or those who have notices of cut in progress, as well as all users with a contracted prepaid service modality, who have carried out a recharge in the months of February and / or March 2020.
• Not suspending or cutting for lack of payment the service of any user that is not included in the clean lists that will be sent by the Coordination Unit created by Resolution No. 173/2020 of the National Ministry of Productive Development.
