Dear Sir or Madam,
Resolution No. 37/2020 of the National Institute of Industrial Property (the “Resolution”), published in the Official Gazette today, extends the suspension of terms originally provided by Resolution No. 16/2020, later extended by the Resolution N°22/2020 and then by Resolution No. 34/2020.
In this connection, in view of the new extension of the Mandatory and Preventive Social Isolation provided by Decree No. 408/2020 of the National Executive Branch, and conferred a new extension of the suspension of the terms of all general and special administrative procedures by means of Decree No. 410/2020, the National Institute of Industrial Property decided to establish a new suspension of terms until May 10, 2020.
The Resolution also provides that the minimum guards with prior appointment provided by Administrative Decision No. 524/2020 of April 23, 2020, will be maintained.
