Competition & Antitrust Department report | Resolution of the Domestic Trade Secretariat No. 330/2021
Dear Sir or Madam,
Through Resolution No. 330/2021, published in the Official Gazette on April 9th, 2021, the Domestic Trade Secretariat ordered certain companies to increase their production to full capacity, as well as to guarantee transportation and provision the raw materials and final goods. The resolution reaches companies in the commercial and industrial sectors that have registered in total sales in the domestic market in 2019 above the thresholds established by Resolution No. 220 dated April 12, 2019, of the former Secretaría de Emprendedores y de la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa del Ex Ministerio de Producción y Trabajo (*).

(*) As indicated by SEPYME Resolution No. 220/2019, companies with annual sales above AR$3,698,270,000 for commerce and AR$3,955,200.00 dedicated to industrial activity.
