Dear Sir or Madam,
Resolution No. 281/2021 of the Secretariat of Domestic Trade was published today in the Official Gazette. Such resolution extends the regime of Maximum Prices established by Resolution No. 100/2020 and amendments until May 15, as well as the validity of Resolutions No. 552/2020, No. 43/2021, and No. 118/2021 that suspended the application of this regime to certain categories of products.
Furthermore, Resolution 281 keeps the obligation of manufacturers to produce to full capacity and of the companies that are part of the supply chain of those products to guarantee their transportation and provision.
