Dear Sir or Madam,
Through resolution No. 199/2020, the Executive Directory of the Province of Buenos Aires Sustainable Development Agency (Organismo Provincial para el Desarrollo Sostenible – “OPDS”) resolved to extend the limitation of face-to-face attention to the public at the OPDS offices until May 10, 2020. This limitation was initially established by OPDS Resolution No. 170/2020 and extended by Resolutions No. 183/2020 and 190/2020 (see our Report dated April 16, 2020) that established the limitation to urgent cases of face-to-face attention to the public at the OPDS offices until March 31, 2020, and until April 12, 2020, respectively.
The resolutions do not clarify which are the urgent cases. From the recitals of OPDS resolution No. 190/2020 it appears that “during the referred period, the attention to the public by the OPDS will materialize through the official telephone lines and emails, continuing the processing of all the files, requirements and requests”.
