Through Resolution No. 19/2021, published in the Official Gazette on March 31, 2021, the Secretariat of Entrepreneurs and Small and Medium Enterprises made certain amendments to Resolution No. 220 dated April 12, 2019, of the former Secretariat of Entrepreneurs and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Former Ministry of Production. The amendment included updating the total annual sales thresholds established in Annex IV to categorize SMEs.

This amendment has an impact on the new information regime established by Resolution No. 237/2021 through the Sistema Informativo para la Implementación de Políticas de Reactivación Económica (“SIPRE”).
Such information regime reaches all companies in the commercial and industrial sectors that during the year 2019 have registered total sales in the domestic market above the referred thresholds.

The new annual sales thresholds established in Resolution 19/2021 are the following: AR$ 3,698,270,000 for commerce and AR$ 3,955,200,000 for industrial activities.
