Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of Resolution No. 106/2020, the Environmental Protection Agency of the City of Buenos Aires (APrA) has provided for:
(i) A 90 calendar days’ extension of the effective term of the certificates expiring between March 16 and May 31, 2020 (applicable to all certificates issued by the APrA).
(iii) The extension of the terms to make filings in any pending administrative proceedings due between March 16 and May 31, 2020, for a 90 calendar days’ term.
(iv) The APrA will continue to make available its exclusive electronic channels to entertain the consultations of the general public and/or receive filings virtually. By means of Resolution No. 91/2020 the APrA has provided that all its offices will be closed to the public while the mandatory and preventive social isolation is in effect (please see our Report dated April 17, 2020).
For such purpose, the web page https://www.buenosaires.gob.ar/jefedegobierno/ambiente/noticias/la-agencia-de-proteccion-ambiental-limita-su-atencion-al-publico-de has enabled digital channels.
Resolution No. 106/2020 was published in the Official Gazette of the City of Buenos Aires on May 6, 2020.
