Dear Sir or Madam,
Resolution No. 127/2020 of the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) (the “Resolution”), published in the Official Gazette today, extends the suspension of terms originally provided by Resolution No. 16/2020, which was later extended by Resolutions No. 22/2020, No. 34/2020, No. 37/2020, No. 42/2020, No. 47/2020, No. 51/2020, No. 69/2020, No. 78/2020, No. 109/2020 and No. 116/2020.
In this connection, before a new extension of the mandatory and preventive social isolation provided by Decree No. 714/2020 of the National Executive Branch, the National Institute of Industrial Property decided to extend a new suspension of terms until September 20, 2020, inclusive.
Finally, the Resolution establishes that the minimum guards and with prior appointment, provided by Administrative Decision No. 524/2020 on April 23, 2020, will be maintained.
