General Inspection of Justice (IGJ, for its initials in Spanish) General Resolution No. 23/2020, published in the Official Gazette today, modifies Appendix “A.2” from IGJ’s General Resolution No. 6/2017, thus setting a new by-laws’ model for Simplified Joint Stock Companies.

The resolution shall come into force 15 days after the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
