Dear Sir or Madam,
General Inspection of Justice General Resolution No. 19/2020 was published in the Official Gazette on April 28th, thereby extending the suspension of terms foreseen in Sections 1 and 2 of IGJ General Resolution 10/2020 until May 10th, 2020, inclusive.
Sections 1 and 2 of the Resolution herein mentioned state the following
(i) The suspension of the term for answering decisions as well as services of notice provided by section 24 of General Inspection of Justice Regulations is hereby extended until May 10th, 2020.
(ii) The term for submitting compliance with the annual information report, provided by Decree-Law No. 142.277/43 and General Inspection of Justice General Resolution No. 8/2015, for capitalization and savings companies, is hereby suspended until May 10th, 2020.
