Dear Sir or Madam,
National Securities Commission General Resolution No. 847, published in the Official Gazette today, resolves to exempt from the suspension of the course of administrative deadlines ─ established by Decree No. 298/2020 and its extensions- the off-site supervision procedures that are carried out jointly with the Financial Information Unit (FIU, UIF in Spanish) during the social, preventive and compulsory isolation period.
Likewise, this Resolution clarifies that this exception will be automatically extended in the event that the National Executive Branch decides to extend the suspension of administrative deadlines.
