General Resolution No. 952 of the National Securities Commission (“CNV”), dated March 15th, 2023, submits for public consultation a draft resolution for the creation of Issuance Guidelines to Thematic Negotiable Securities in Argentina. These Guidelines are aimed at broadening the CNV provisions included in the Guidelines for the issuance of Social, Green, and Sustainable negotiable securities in Argentina, including directives to guide issuers into the placement of thematic products (such as gender bonds, blue bonds, orange bonds, and transition bonds). At the same time, they incorporate provisions so that markets can generate specific trading segments for these negotiable securities.
The Guidelines are available at https://www.cnv.gov.ar/consultaPublica/, where interested parties can also submit their opinions on the project until April 13th, 2023.
