Dear Sir or Madam,
Resolution No. 915/2020 of the National Telecom Regulatory Entity (ENACOM) (the “Resolution”), published in the Official Gazette today, establishes that licenses holders for broadcasting services by subscription through a physical link or radioelectric link “Argentina Digital” licenses, in their analog and digital grids; and audiovisual communication licenses by subscription by satellite link (DTH) (the “Licensees”) must order the signals of their programming grids in such a way that all those that correspond to the same programming area are located in a correlative manner.
Additionally, the Resolution establishes that the Licensees must file the Annual Affidavit of the Grid of Signals, on or before April 30 of each year.
The signal grids adaptation provided for by the Resolution must be carried out within thirty (30) days as from the publication of the Resolution in the Official Gazette.
