Dear Sir or Madam,
Resolution No. 771/2020 of the National Telecom Regulatory Entity (ENACOM) (the “Resolution”), published in the Official Gazette today, modifies Article No. 2 of Resolution No. 326/2020, published in the Official Gazette on April 2, 2020. The Resolution establishes the extension of the validity of the permits, authorizations, registrations, and licenses whose expiration or terms operate from March 16, 2020, to September 17, 2020, for the term of 60 calendar days.
The term of this extension will start counting from September 18, 2020.
