Through resolution No. 217/2020, the Executive Board of the Water Authority of the province of Buenos Aires (ADA) resolved:
(i) To extend for the term of 90 calendar days, the expiration date of the authorizations, aptitudes, and permits, which occurred in the period of social isolation (PEN Decree No. 297/20 and its complementary regulations) and from the date of expiration.
(ii) To extend until September 30, 2020, the expiration of payment obligations related to payment plans, debts by canon for the use of water, and by the operational inspection rate and quality control of effluents, which would have operated from April 1st, 2020.
(iii) To extend until September 30, 2020, those expirations of payment obligations related to the payment of penalty fees that have operated since April 1st, 2020.
(iv) To extend until September 30, 2020, the deadlines for the execution of work of the plans for technological reconversion of industrial discharges approved by the Resolution No. 146/17 (Technological Reconversion Program for Industrial Discharges).
Resolution No. 217/2020 was published in the Official Bulletin on August 6th, 2020.
