Today, Resolution No. 326/2020 of the National Telecom Regulatory Entity (the “Resolution”) was published in the Official Gazette, through which deadline suspensions, extension of expiration dates and other measures that affect the organization and the procedures processed before the said body as a consequence of the social, preventive and compulsory isolation dictated by Decree No. 297/2020 and extended by Decree 325/2020.
The Resolution establishes the suspension of the terms of the administrative procedures in progress, from March 16, 2020, to April 12, 2020, including those related to the filing of appeals and other special procedures, without prejudice to the validity of the acts accomplished or to be accomplished.
The following are exempt from said suspension:
• the payment of the different rates, rights, investment contributions, taxes, levies and/or tariffs that ENACOM receives, which may be paid through the different electronic mechanisms enabled for this purpose;
• all administrative procedures related to the public emergency declared by Law No. 27,541 and
• the list of files that are attached as an Annex.
Likewise, the Resolution establishes the extension of the validity of the permits, authorizations, registrations and licenses whose expiration or terms operate from March 16 to May 16, 2020, for the term of 60 calendar days from the respective expiration.
Finally, the Resolution establishes the extension of the exceptional licenses granted to ENACOM workers from April 1st to 12th, 2020.
