By Decree 749/2024 published in today’s Official Gazette, the Executive Branch has regulated the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (“RIGI”). The regulation can be accessed through the following link: Decree 749. The regulation will enter into force on August 23, 2024.
The Decree establishes that complementary rules to this regulation must be issued by the Enforcement Authority, the Federal Administration of Public Revenues, the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, and other Secretariats and agencies within their competencies, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the publication of this regulation.
