Dear Sir or Madam,
On December 28, 2022, Resolution 2385/2022 of the National Communications Agency (“ENACOM”) was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic. Such resolution:
a) approved the “General Regulations for the Reliable and Intelligent Telecommunications Service” (STeFI);
b) incorporated Section 1.26 of Article 1° of the Regime of Radio Fees and Tariffs, approved as Annex I of Resolution No. 10 dated December 21, 1995, issued by the former Secretariat of Energy, Transportation and Communications, as amended.

On the other hand, last December 29, Resolution 2386/2022 of the Enacom was published in the Official Gazette. By such resolution, the frequency band between 3300 and 3600 MHz, in time division duplex (TDD) mode for the provision of telecommunications services (fixed and mobile) is allocated to the “Reliable and Intelligent Telecommunications Service”.
