Dear Sir or Madam,
Resolution No. 145/2022 of the Agency for Access to Public Information (the “Agency”), published today in the Official Gazette, extends until October 11th, 2022, the deadline for any individual or legal entity claiming a right or interest to submit proposals and opinions on the preliminary draft of the Agency that aims to update Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection (the “Preliminary Draft”).
Proposals and opinions on the Preliminary Draft may be submitted at the following internet domain: https://www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip/consulta-publica-para-la-actualizacion-de-la-ley-de-proteccion-de-datos-personales and/or at the Agency’s front desk, located at Av. Presidente Julio Argentino Roca 710, 3rd floor, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00.
