Dear Sir or Madam,
Following the recent publication on the website of the Agency for Access to Public Information (the “Agency”) of the news report that the process to amend Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection will soon begin, we inform you that dated August 11, 2022, a personal data protection bill (the “Bill”) that had originally been submitted in 2018 but had lost parliamentary status, was resubmitted to the Chamber of Deputies.
The signatories of the Project are Banfi, Karina; Negri, Mario Raul; Nanni, Miguel; Garcia, Ximena; Lopez, Juan Manuel; Ocaña, Graciela; Oliveto Lago, Paula; Rezinovsky, Dina and Stolbizer, Margarita.
